Mountain pine essential oil has tonic, antibacterial and antiseptic properties. It eases respiratory troubles (cough, sinusitis), rheumatism and brings tonus.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
MASSAGE
In case of respiratory trouble,
pour a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle. Add 3 drops of mountain pine essential oil.
Massage the thorax with the mix.
DIFFUSION
The diffuser should not heat essential oils.
Please refer to the diffuser instructions for use.
BATH
To ease respiratory trouble, pour a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle. Add 10 drops of mountain pine essential oil.
Pour the mix in warm bath water.
For external use only.

Mountain pine is a conifer whose height evolves around 3-4m high. It is often found in northern climates. It gives a resinous and woody-scented essential oil.
