If you have bronchitis.
15ml : Sweet Almond vegetable oil
5 DROPS : Eucalyptus essential oil
4 DROPS : Ravintsara essential oil
Instructions : Massage

The DIY helps to relieve symptoms when you have an inflammation of the bronchial tubes.
Pour a tablespoon (15ml) of Sweet Almond vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.
Add 5 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil and 4 drops of Ravintsara essential oil.
Massage your thorax with the mix twice a day, after waking up and before going to sleep.

If you have sore muscles or feel muscular stiffness.
15ml : Calophylla vegetable oil
1 DROP : Eucalyptus essential oil
1 DROP : Lavender essential oil
2 DROPS : Wintergreen essential oil
Instructions : Massage

This DIY blend is perfect after doing sport to prevent muscular stiffness or to ease sore muscles.
Pour a tablespoon (15ml) of Calophylla vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.
Add 1 drop of Eucalyptus essential oil, 1 drop of Lavender essential oil and 2 drops of Wintergreen essential oil.
Massage the desired area during 3min with the mix.

If you have twisted your ankle.
15ML : Calophylla vegetable oil
2 DROPS : Wintergeen essential oil
1 DROP : Peppermint essential oil
2 DROPS : Eucalyptus essential oil
Instructions : Massage

Pour a tablespoon (15ml) of Calophylla vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.
Add 2 drops of Wintergreen essential oil,1 drop of Peppermint essential oil and 2 drops of Eucalyptus esssential oil.
Massage your ankle with the mix.
