If you are feeling a bit down.
15ML : Apricot Kernel vegetable oil
1 DROP : Petitgrain essential oil
1 DROP : Lavender essential oil
Instructions : Massage

This oil-based massage will uplift your mood.
Pour a tablespoon (15ml)of Apricot Kernel vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.
Add 1 drop of Petitgrain essential oil and 1 drop of Lavender essential oil.
Massage your spine from the bottom to the top with the mix.

If you have a sunburn.
15ml : Apricot Kernel vegetable oil
OR :
15ml : Sweet Almond vegetable oil

15ml : Calophylla vegetable oil
10 DROPS : Peppermint Essential oil
10 DROPS : Lavender Essential oil
Instructions : Massage / Spray

Pour a tablespoon (15ml) of your favorite vegetable oil (Apricot Kernel, Sweet Almond or Calophylla) in the Auziere measure bottle.
Add 10 drops of Peppermint essential oil and 10 drops of Lavender essential oil.
Massage the affected area, or make your natural homemade sunburn spray to relieve pain and support healthy skin renewal.

2 DROPS : Rosemary Camphor essential oil
4 DROPS : Lavender essential oil

Pour a tablespoon (15ml) of Calophylla vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.
Add 3 drops of Lavender essential oil.
Massage the insect bite area with the mix.

1 DROP : Eucalyptus essential oil

2 DROPS : Wintergreen essential oil

Pour a tablespoon (15ml) of Calophylla vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.

Pour a tablespoon (15ml) of Sweet Almond vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.
Add 15 drops of Cypress essential oil and 10 drops of Lavender essential oil.

5 DROPS : Lavender essential oil

The following DIY blend can help you to relax and gain some energy.
Pour a tablespoon (15ml) of Apricot Kernel vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.
Add 10 drops of Lemon essential oil and 5 drops of Lavender essential oil and pour the mix into a hot bath. The water should not be hotter than 37°C. Stay 20 minutes to enjoy a vivifying moment.
