1 DROP : Petitgrain essential oil
1 DROP : Lavender essential oil
Instructions : Massage

This oil-based massage will uplift your mood.
Pour a tablespoon (15ml)of Apricot Kernel vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.
Add 1 drop of Petitgrain essential oil and 1 drop of Lavender essential oil.
Massage your spine from the bottom to the top with the mix.

If you have a cold
15ml : Apricot Kernel vegetable oil
5 DROPS : Mountain Pine essential oil
5 DROPS : Ravintsara essential oil
Instructions : Bath

The following DIY blend can help to relieve symptoms if you have a cold.
Pour a tablespoon (15ml)of vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.
Add 5 drops of Mountain Pine essential oil and 5 drops of Ravintsara essential oil and pour the mix into a hot bath. The water should not be hotter than 37°C. Stay 15 minutes to enjoy a vivifying moment.

If you have a stiff neck.

3 DROPS : Rosemary Camphor essential oil
Instructions : Massage

Pour a tablespoon (15ml) of Calophylla vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.
