15ml : Sweet Almond vegetable oil
5 DROPS : Eucalyptus essential oil
4 DROPS : Ravintsara essential oil
Instructions : Massage

The DIY helps to relieve symptoms when you have an inflammation of the bronchial tubes.
Pour a tablespoon (15ml) of Sweet Almond vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.
Add 5 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil and 4 drops of Ravintsara essential oil.
Massage your thorax with the mix twice a day, after waking up and before going to sleep.

If you have heavy legs.
15ML : Sweet Almond vegetable oil
15 DROPS : Cypress essential oil
8 DROPS : Peppermint essential oil
Instructions : Massage

In case of tired legs, this following DIY blend provides a sensation of comfort and lightness.
Pour a tablespoon (15ml) of Sweet Almond vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.
Add 15 drops of Cypress essential oil and 8 drops of peppermint essential oil.
Massage your legs from the bottom to the top with the mix, twice a day.

10 DROPS : Cypress essential oil
5 DROPS : Peppermint essential oil
Instructions : Feet-bath

The following DIY blend provides a sensation of comfort and lightness to swollen feet.
Pour a tablespoon (15ml) of Sweet Almond vegetable oil in the Auziere measure bottle.
Add 10 drops of Cypress essential oil and 5 drops of Peppermint essential oil. Then pour the mix into a basin of 5 liters of cold water. Stay 10 minutes.
